By accessing or using McNumero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

McNumero provides AI-driven Operations Partners. Our services are designed for business efficiency and automation. We provide the infrastructure; you maintain control over your operational decisions.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for the data you provide and the actions taken by your AI Operations Partner. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.

4. Payment & Subscription

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are due in advance. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your AI Operations Partner instance.

5. Intellectual Property

McNumero retains all rights to its proprietary AI technology and platform. You retain ownership of your business data and the specific configurations of your Operations Partner.

6. Limitation of Liability

McNumero provides services "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
